In the course of providing trust management, administration and other services, including the operation or control of an entity's bank account, Geneva Trust collects personal information and personal data concerning a client, the client’s appointees and the entity. Obtaining this information is important to our ability to deliver the highest level of service to you, as we use this personal data and information to facilitate the provision of our services and may, from time to time, use such data and information to provide information, reference notes, guidelines or other advice.

Introduction


We may disclose to non-affiliated third parties confidential or personal information and data when we are obliged so to do by law or regulation, or when, in the course of providing services (including the opening and routine operation of a client’s bank account), we are required to do so. We may also provide such confidential or personal data to third parties when we have been unable to obtain the client’s or managing agent’s instructions and it appears to us to be in the best interests of the client, the clients' appointees or the entity.

Except as noted above, we do not share non-public personal information with anyone except with the client’s consent.

We do not sell our clients’ personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

What information we share


To the best of our knowledge and belief, this Site is fully compliant with the data protection legislation currently in force. A client has the right to receive details of his / her personal information obtained and kept by Geneva Trust, although there may be a nominal charge for this service.
