Professional Intermediaries

Professional intermediaries – accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, investment consultants and bankers – need to have total confidence in offshore trust and corporate services provider you recommend to your clients, as your reputation depends on it. In other words, professional intermediaries need partners they can trust and need to be sure that the trust provider can deliver on its promises. That’s why at Geneva Trust we work with you as part of a team to ensure that we fully understand the needs of your clients in order to recommend appropriate solutions.

While we regularly and routinely provide professional intermediaries with solutions by establishing trusts and companies in various jurisdictions, we also find answers for more complex problems for clients seeking, for example, access to tax treaties. We recognize that the solution to a client’s complex structures often requires a collaborative approach.

We appreciate that the local advisor has detailed knowledge of the circumstances of the client, including his resources and aspirations and is more familiar than we are with local conditions. It is for reasons such as these that we always prefer to work with our clients’ other professional advisors as we find that jointly we can provide a more comprehensive service. We do not aspire to replace the local advisor.

Ongoing Relationships

We welcome long-term relationships, on a shared remuneration basis, with professional firms. In addition, we often enter into joint ventures with intermediaries around the world with a view to developing solutions for specific jurisdictional issues.
